Vol.5 How to use the new service [Mays e-GIFT] that allows you to send a gift without knowing the recipient's ring size or address

We are pleased to announce that we have launched Mays e-GIFT, a gift service that allows you to send gifts without knowing the recipient's ring size or address, from August 10, 2022.

Nowadays, while there are more opportunities to communicate online without meeting in person, there are fewer opportunities than before to go to a store together to choose a ring and try it on.

I want to give a ring to someone, but I'm not sure how to ask for their ring size and home address. I think many people are reluctant to tell them.

We have introduced the e-GIFT service with the hope that it would be possible for anyone to easily send a gift by utilizing social communication tools such as SNS, without having to ask the recipient for the gift size or address.

Everyone is a different size. Not everyone is a standard size.

With regards to rings in particular, I have heard from many customers that they want to wear a ring but have given up on it because their finger is thinner or thicker than standard and the right size is not available, or because of individual factors such as the shape of their finger or swelling. For this reason, I continue to insist on being able to "adjust the size to fit you perfectly."

The design uses an adjuster ball so you can adjust the size yourself, making it a perfect gift. (We have a wide selection of adjustable products, not just rings, but bracelets and necklaces as well.)
