Notice of changes and termination of some services due to the transition to a new system
Thank you for using the Mays Online Store.
We have decided to migrate our system to provide an online store that will provide our customers with a more comfortable experience.
We will be transitioning from the current system to a new system from November 5, 2021, and we would like to inform you that some services will be changed and terminated as described below. (*The site URL will remain the same.)
Request to re-register your login password
For security reasons, we are unable to transfer your login password to the new system.
Therefore, you will need to create a new password.
If you are already registered under the current system, your registered email address will continue to be your login ID when logging in to the new system, but you will need to re-register your password yourself.
Termination of the points service
The points service will be discontinued under the new system, but customers who currently have points will receive a coupon worth the same amount to their registered email address by November 8th.
There is no expiration date, so please use it the next time you shop.
Change payment method
The new system allows for credit card payments and bank transfers.
We will no longer accept PayPay payments, convenience store payments, and cash on delivery.
Change shipping method
Takkyubin Compact/Yamato Transport shipping fee will be changed to 650 yen nationwide.
Purchases over 10,000 yen will continue to ship free of charge.
Please note that the system migration schedule may change without notice.
We are also very grateful for the many inquiries and messages we receive every day, including requests for resale.
We have received so many messages that it is difficult for us to reply to each one of you, and we apologize for the delay in responding.
As we transition to a new system, we plan to release new products and re-release products with revised designs, so please wait a little longer.
Additionally, our Itoshima store is currently closed.
We are currently preparing to reopen and will inform you of the reopening date and time at a later date.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we will continue to strive to improve our services, and we appreciate your continued patronage.
